The Compensation & Performance Management (CPM) team is a key part of the broader Reward & Performance Management (RPM) function. Acting as the primary interface to our internal clients, CPM collaborates closely with HR and other specialist teams to provide expert advice on all performance-related matters. You will join a dynamic, international team of experts, working with best-in-class tools and systems. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the evolution of our performance management landscape, with a strong focus on client advisory, analytics, and technology-driven solutions YOUR CHALLENGE Manage a broad range of performance management topics and day-to-day activities Support the execution of annual and cyclical performance management processes Act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner for HR stakeholders and business leaders Contribute to projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing performance frameworks, tools, and processes Help design, implement, and optimize new solutions within the performance management landscape Bring forward ideas to continuously improve processes, tools, and user experience YOUR PROFILE Personal & Social Resilient and able to perform effectively under pressure Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented Confident communicator with strong problem-solving abilities Collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude Professional & Technical Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred) Proven experience in performance management and/or project management Good understanding of the financial services or banking industry Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Knowledge of Workday is an advantage Fluent in English and German We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
