You will collaborate with the Monitoring & Control Execution team to help ensure adherence to regulatory and internal requirements across key risk areas such as Client Suitability and Pricing Governance. This is a hands-on role offering structured learning and practical experience, and your contributions will directly support the team’s mission to uphold high compliance standards and strengthen internal controls. YOUR CHALLENGE Support the planning and execution of recurring compliance control activities, including sampling, data collection, and initial evidence review Validate documentation provided by Client-Facing Units against established control criteria Maintain accurate records in control tracking tools and ensure proper filing of test evidence Prepare draft analyses, summaries, and presentation materials for internal reporting and management updates Contribute to deficiency management processes by assisting in follow-ups and resolution tracking Participate in process improvement initiatives, including automation ideas, digital tool enhancements, or policy reviews YOUR PROFILE Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Business Administration, Finance, Law, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field Genuine interest in financial compliance, regulatory frameworks, and private banking operations Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and PowerPoint (executive presentations) Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage timelines and multiple small assignments simultaneously Fluent in English (written and spoken), other languages are an advantage Highly motivated and self-driven student with proactive mindset and attitude We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
