YOUR CHALLENGE „First Contact“ für Private Banking Kunden und externe Vermögensverwalter betreffend Julius Baer e-Channels Tools Bearbeitung und Beantwortung mündlicher und schriftlicher Anfragen von Kunden und internen Kundenberatern in Deutsch, Englisch und Spanisch (vorzugsweise Italienisch und/oder Französisch) Analyse und Lösung von Problemen, Kommunikation und Unterhalt der Wissensdatenbank Tagfertiges Dokumentieren und Verwalten aller Anfragen im dafür eingesetzten Ticketing-System inklusive Pendenzenverwaltung Aktive Mitarbeit bei Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der betrieblichen Prozesse im Service Centre YOUR PROFILE Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Lehre, vorzugsweise bei einer Bank, oder Matura Gute Bankfachkenntnisse sowie Interesse und Verständnis für Finanzprodukte sind Voraussetzung Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung als 1st Level Call Agent bei einem Finanzdienstleister oder im Private Banking Stilsicheres Deutsch, sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, vorzugsweise Italienisch, Spanisch und/oder Französisch in Wort und Schrift Kommunikationstalent und sichere Gesprächsführung; problemlose Meisterung von Konfliktsituationen; gezielte und effiziente Gesprächsführung Bereitschaft für Arbeit im Schichtbetrieb (Betriebszeiten 08.00 – 20.00 Uhr) Anwenderkenntnisse in Microsoft Betriebssystemen und MAC OS Online und technische Affinität (Internet, Mobile & PC Support), allgemeines technisches Verständnis Akkurate und effiziente Arbeitsweise Belastbar und fähig unter Druck zu arbeiten Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit, welche stets fokussiert auf interne wie externe Kunden ist We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
