YOUR CHALLENGE Sicherstellung der AVOR der eingehenden Briefe für die Übergabe an die interne Post (Adressierung und Etikettieren der Briefe und Pakete) Abklärung und Beantwortung von telefonischer und schriftlicher Anfragen Zuteilung der unpersönlich adressierten Briefe und Pakete inklusive Erstellung von Empfangsbestätigungen für eingeschriebene Sendungen Bearbeitung der eingehenden Retouren und Rechnungen Scannen und Auszeichnung von Paketen und Kuriersendungen mit Adressetiketten Entgegennahme von Kuriersendungen und Weiterleitung der Brief- und Paketsendungen an die interne Post Weiterleitung der eingehenden Faxe an die entsprechenden Abteilungen Erstellen von Statistiken Nebenaufgaben: Unterstützung in der Abwicklung der ausgehenden Post; Einarbeitung von Mitarbeitenden aus anderen Subteams, um die Stellvertretungsfunktion sicherzustellen YOUR PROFILE Kundenorientierung Fassung und Gelassenheit Teamplayer, Empathie Prioritäten setzen Risikobewusstsein Flexibilität Fachliche Kompetenzen im Bereich Postwesen Sprachliche Kompetenzen Sehr gute MS-Office Anwenderkenntnisse Verfügt über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Versandwesen (DHL, Post, etc.) Erfahrung in der Logistik von Vorteil Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten Starke Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit Gewährleistet eine diskrete Abwicklung mit entsprechender Geheimhaltung (Diskretion) Ausbildung im Bereich der Abwicklung von Paket- und Briefpost oder KV Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrif We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
