Tasks

As part of the Digital Solutions Ecosystem, our team turns Data & AI ideas into practical solutions, supports employees in adopting AI, and connects initiatives across SWISS and the Lufthansa Group to create measurable value. 

Tasks

• Support and contribute to data science & AI projects, gaining practical experience in tasks such as data analysis, modeling, and visualization in Tableau or Power BI
• Support with organizational tasks to accelerate and drive data projects (e.g., admin, prioritization, coordination)
• Promote the importance of data and AI within the company by managing communication tasks, and assisting with workshops, training sessions, and presentations
• Participate in various data & AI community events, conferences and trainings
• Thrive in and collaborate with a diverse team of experts across different locations within a flexible working environment

Requirements

All you need is a passion for data and its application in the airline industry. 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or an “HF” Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Data Science, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or similar studies with focus on analytics

• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate analytical findings into tangible business outcomes for customers and employees
• Analytical and conceptual mindset, creativity and ability to navigate complex situations combined with a strong willingness to learn and broaden your skillset
• Basic knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Tableau), programming languages (e.g., Python), Databases (e.g., SQL), and data platforms (e.g., Databricks)
• Motivated, reliable team player with good communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Very good command of Microsoft 365 Applications
