Internship in Training Development/Instructional design (limited to 6 months, 80-100%, all genders)

Join Training & Knowledge Management in the Crew Planning & Disposition team at SWISS and create appealing and engaging eLearning and digital learning resources that help our people learn, perform and stay up to date.

Tasks

During this internship, you will translate complex technical information, such as legal documentation and IT software procedures, into simple and engaging learning content. Tools you will work with include Articulate Rise 360, Microsoft Copilot, M365 (PowerPoint), Miro, Snagit and Camtasia. 

• Independently design and develop eLearning courses from concept and storyboard to final publication.
• Create learning assets such as videos, screencasts, graphics, guides and presentations to support learning experiences.
• Gather, structure and translate information into clear, learner-focused content that is easy to understand and apply.
• Design interactive learning activities and assessments that help learners apply knowledge in realistic work situations.
• Use AI and modern learning technologies to accelerate content creation, improve learning experiences and experiment with new ways of working.
• Depending on your interests, contribute to onboarding programs, communication campaigns, process management and other knowledge management.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who enjoys working independently, values teamwork, and likes working both in-person and remotely in a hybrid environment. 

• You have a HF diploma, are pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree (minimum three semesters)

• You are motivated to learn about crew planning in the airline industry and enjoy mastering new topics, tools and systems
• You enjoy using AI and digital tools to turn complex information into clear, engaging and easy-to-understand content
• You have first experience in areas such as eLearning, instructional design, adult learning, content creation, multimedia, psychology, communication or similar
• You have an eye for good visuals and enjoy refining details until the learner experience feels right
• You are curious, ask thoughtful questions and feel comfortable collaborating with experts to understand topics in depth
• You are confident in English; German is a plus
