The Senior Change Manager is responsible for ensuring continuity in central project management for delivery of Procurement Taskforce activities in 2026. The role will furthermore be responsible for supporting design, planning and management of the end-to-end change process for the Source-to-Pay (S2P) program, evaluating the impact of planned changes on people, culture, technology and work processes. Positioned within the Global Procurement Excellence function, the role focuses on Project Management Office activities for Procurement Taskforce, and on business transformation, process harmonisation, change management, and stakeholder communication in the context of S2P. The position ensures that S2P changes are clearly translated into business ready processes, governance standards, and adoption journeys across regions and business lines. The function works in close partnership with Global Category Management, Finance, the India based Procurement CoE, TPRM, Legal/Compliance, and senior business stakeholders. The position reports to the Global Head Procurement Excellence. YOUR CHALLENGE Support design, planning and management of an efficient and sustainable end-to-end change management process Support and coordinate the future TOM with SAP ARIBA Act as a change transformation lead for S2P, ensuring alignment between operating model design, technology (e.g. SAP Ariba), governance, and dayâtoâday business execution Lead change management work streams across S2P project phases adopting any relevant change management principles, techniques and tools Evaluate the impact of planned organisational changes (incl. cost, benefits and risks of the changes) on people, culture, technology and processes Identify risks and develop risk mitigation tactics and proposals Development of stakeholder communication, training and engagement materials in support of global roll-outs and adoption of S2P Provide change management coaching and training to employees Define and track key performance indicators along the change management process Prepare reports and presentations for different internal stakeholders and boards YOUR PROFILE 8+ years of experience in business transformation, programme/project leadership roles within Procurement (S2P) Strong structuring and PMO capabilities, including milestone planning, reporting, and governance Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including executiveâlevel storytelling Proven experience driving business transformation and change management in global organisations Good level of understanding of endâtoâend Source to Pay processes and operating models Experience working with procurement technologies (e.g. SAP Ariba or comparable S2P platforms) Experience in financial services or similarly regulated industries would be preferred Exposure to global procurement operating models including offshore or nearshore Centres of Excellence would be beneficial In-depth understanding of change management principles, techniques and tools Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to collaborate successfully with various internal and external stakeholders on all levels of the organisation Self-motivated, team-oriented and hands-on personality, fostering a collaborative work environment We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
