Your tasks
- Teaching support, e.g. preparing course materials and organising courses
- Research support, e.g. programming online surveys
- Preparing and analysing data
- Writing short research briefs that summarise our findings for a broader audience
- Contributing to the social media team of the Institute of Sociology
- Other administrative tasks
Your profile
- You are a bachelor or master student at the Faculty of Business, Economics and Social Sciences (Wirtschafts- und Sozialwissenschaftliche Fakultät). Bachelor students are enrolled in the second or third year of their programme; master students still have at least 60 ECTS to complete before the end of their degree.
- You have skills in, or a strong interest in, data science and working with data. Experience with R, Stata or Python is an asset.
- You speak several languages. Very good English is essential, as it is the main working language of our team; further languages are a plus.
- You have a talent for organisation and can keep track of several tasks at the same time.
- You work precisely and reliably and bring a high degree of self-motivation.
