Operational Excellence Lead

We are seeking a Head of Operational Excellence to join our Group Strategy team. In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Group Strategy and collaborate closely with our Executive Committee. You will play a key part in owning, running, and continuously improving the company’s operating system to ensure effective execution of corporate and functional strategies. The role focuses on clarity, alignment, cadence, and follow through, translating strategic intent into disciplined execution through robust management processes and business rhythms. To be successful in this role you have strong track record in operational excellence, leading execution, and driving transformation and demonstrate systems thinking, process discipline, discretion, and reliability.
