We are growing and looking for a new team member to join as a
Sales Support (10-20%)
Your Role
You will provide operational support to our sales team and ensure that our account executives can focus on what they do best: closing deals.
Your Tasks
Lead generation & research
Identifying potential new customers
Building and maintaining prospect lists in our CRM
Qualifying incoming leads according to defined criteria
Scheduling & Follow-ups
Proactively contacting potential customers
Arranging appointments and coordinating for the Account Executives
Consistently following up with prospects after initial contact
Managing and updating activities in the CRM system
Helping prepare tenders and procurement documents
Your Skills
Experience in sales, internal sales or customer service an advantage
Strong communication skills, a structured approach and the ability to work independently
Proficiency in digital tools an advantage (CRM, MS Office, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
Very good written and spoken English and German; Arabic an advantage
Enjoy making initial contact with customers and have a flair for sales processes
Reliability and self-organisation in a remote working environmentThank you for your message.
