Internship Cabin Digital Innovations (limited 6 months, 80-100%)

An internship at SWISS at the heart of the action in the Operation Center in Cabin Management. Are you interested in and would like to contribute to the implementation of exciting digital projects and processes that support our cabin crew members in their daily work? Then we welcome you on board!

• Collaboration in projects (project management)
• Supporting project management in IT projects (such as the further development of iPad apps for cabin crew)
• Coordination and implementation of workshops and meetings
• Coordination and communication with various interfaces
• Internal communication with other departments
• Updating our various user guides  

• Workload Specification: For this position, a 100% workload is preferred
• HF diploma, bachelor’s, master’s students or graduates (HF diploma & Bachelor’s students must have completed at least three semesters) in aviation, computerscience, economics or similar
• Experience in project management
• IT systems knowledge (including their link to business processes) and knowledge of business contexts
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Good analytical and conceptual skills
• Strong implementation orientation and hands-on mentality
• Good team player, high level of commitment and flexibility
• Focused and well-structured way of working
• Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
