Tasks
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signature
- Lead RFIs/RFPs, coordinate cross-functional input, and prepare proposals
- Develop pricing and commercial offers in line with internal processes
- Prepare agreements and support initial contract negotiations
- Ensure accurate CRM data and consistent sales process application
- Coordinate customer presentations, demos, and site visits
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Map stakeholders and tailor engagement strategies
- Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and industry events
- Support marketing initiatives linked to business development
Requirements
- Proven B2B software sales experience; aviation knowledge is a plus
- Strong understanding of the full sales cycle (tenders, negotiation, closing)
- Experience managing complex deals and coordinating cross-functional teams
- Excellent organizational and negotiation skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to create clear, high-quality proposals and content
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) and MS Office
- Self-driven, reliable, results-oriented, and collaborative
- Fluent English; additional languages are an asset
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant business field
