Corporate Compliane Intern (12 months)

As a Corporate Compliance Trainee, you will contribute to projects that promote integrity, ethical business conduct, and a strong speak-up culture across Sika. You will gain practical experience across different areas of a global corporate compliance function. Depending on business needs and ongoing projects, your responsibilities may include: Support international compliance projects and collaborate with colleagues across functions, countries, and cultures. Help develop and improve global initiatives, practical tools, guidance materials, and audit checklists. Contribute to compliance training, awareness initatives, and communication activities for employees worldwide. Research and analyze new regulations, emerging compliance topics, and business trends, and turn your findings into concise briefings or recommendations. Develop practical compliance tools, guidance materials, and audit checklists. Prepare presentations and reports for management. Coordinate project activities from planning to implementation and progress reporting. Take ownership of individual assignments, contribute your ideas, and bring a fresh perspective to the team.
