With Operational Technology (OT) playing an increasingly critical role in digital manufacturing and Industry 4.0, we are strengthening our global approach to OT procurement. We are looking for an experienced professional with a background in international chemical manufacturing, strong knowledge of OT systems and proven strategic category management expertise to strengthen our global supplier landscape, drive standardization and unlock value across our production sites. The role requires an international mindset and willingness to travel approximately 40%. Develop and implement global procurement strategies for Operational Technology (OT) categories and suppliers Manage strategic supplier relationships with leading OT manufacturers, system integrators, and service providers Lead negotiations of global framework agreements, contracts, pricing models, and service level agreements Identify and realize cost optimization, standardization, and synergy opportunities across regions and sites Support local plants in complex sourcing initiatives and contract negotiations while ensuring alignment with global agreements Drive lifecycle and vendor performance management to secure reliable and future-proof OT solutions Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, third-party risk, and regulatory requirements within procurement activities Collaborate closely with OT, Engineering, Operations, Cybersecurity, Legal, and Procurement stakeholders on a global scale
