The Position Basel Drug Substance Manufacturing produziert mit seinen 650 Mitarbeitern Large und Small Molecule APIs (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) für die kommerzielle und klinische Versorgung. Zur Produktion von Antikörpern haben wir am Standort Basel moderne, hochautomatisierte Produktionsanlagen. Die Herstellung und Durchführung dieser Prozesse finden unter Einhaltung von cGMP statt. Die Möglichkeit: Bedienung, Überwachung und Störungsbehebung von Produktionsanlagen inklusive Alarmmanagement Durchführung der täglichen Produktionsabläufe gemäss Produktionsplan unter Einhaltung der GMP-Richtlinien Sicherstellung der GMP-konformen Dokumentation in MES, EBR und Batch Records Verarbeitung, Bereitstellung und Lagerung von Verbrauchsmaterialien, Single-Use-Materialien, Chemikalien, Medien und Hilfsstoffen Durchführung von Probenzügen (Prozess-, Validierungs- und Final-Rinse-Proben) sowie Sample Management Unterstützung bei Qualifizierungen, Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten sowie Sicherstellung des qualifizierten Anlagenstatus Mitarbeit bei Abweichungsmanagement, Risikoanalysen, Prozessoptimierungen und kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsmassnahmen Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards sowie Förderung von Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Operational Excellence (5S/OAC) Wer du bist?
