Being part of the OPC means being an agent of change, whatever the nature of the initiative at hand.As a Transformation Manager, you take on this mission across varied mandates: designing operating models, supporting product managers and teams, and embedding new ways of working. You accompany change without taking the teams’ place, and from day one you work as an AI-augmented practitioner, bringing AI’s paradigm shift into what you design. Your first mandate: complete the group-wide transformation of the product organisation, with AI enablement built in.
