Responsibilities Technical / Lab Services Delivers technical and lab service support for existing products and solutions across all Horizons, under guidance from senior team members. Assists in proof-of-concept activities for Horizon 2 and 3 initiatives. Delivers lab, field, and customer testing, data collection, and interpretation of lab, field, and customer trials. Ensures technical documentation and reporting for internal and external stakeholders. Close collaboration within the technical service community, Commercialisation Management, OSM Region Sales, and Key Account teams to support technical conversion of sales opportunities. Supports Sales and other functions training, as well as new Technical Service team members on applications and testing. Stakeholder Management Participates in initial commercialization activities and go-to-market support. Assists in technical training sessions for OSM sales teams and channel partners. Represents Technical / Lab Services in internal meetings and customer interactions as needed. Requirements A university degree in engineering / chemistry or a relevant subject area is a must. Minimum of 0-7 years of relevant technical and/or lab service experience. International work experience is beneficial. Good understanding and knowledge of Polymer Applications and/or industrials minerals Personality with a strong service mindset, having a feeling for providing the right technical and lab service level to drive customer satisfaction and underline our leadership as an industrial mineral producer. Ability to own assigned tasks and promote collaboration. Effective communication skills (oral and writing) and the ability to interact with individuals from a range of backgrounds and at all levels. Good project management skills, incl. project documentation. Good analytical skills to interpret data from lab, field, and customer trials. Ability to give recommendations based on lab, field, and customer trial results. Excellent command of both oral and written local language and English is required. Additional language skills are beneficial. Availability for business travel up to 0-30% of the time required Strong team player with good communication skills.
