The Commercial Portfolio Head – Region Europe is accountable for driving performance of mature or in-market brands across the region. The role ensures sustainable revenue, profitability, and lifecycle value through disciplined portfolio management, lifecycle planning, and resource allocation.Key ResponsibilitiesMaximize portfolio performance against revenue and profitability targetsLead lifecycle management and LOE preparation across marketsAdvise on go-to-market strategies and commercial modelsCoordinate with cross-functional teams and country organizationsIdentify and assess commercial partnership opportunitiesManage governance, due diligence, and approvals for partnershipsOversee alliance performance, compliance, and issue resolution What You’ll Bring10+ years of commercial experience in pharmaStrong portfolio and lifecycle management expertiseExperience in multi-country or regional rolesFinancial acumen and performance management skillsAbility to lead in a matrix organizationStrategic mindset with operational discipline EducationUniversity degree in life sciences, business, or related field.
