Database Migration Specialist - CRM Systems 100% (f/m/d) (Contract through our external payroll partner with immediate start for 12 months, possible extension)

The primary objective of this role is to design and execute end-to-end data migration solutions for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems within a financial services environment, leveraging advanced skills in Python, SQL, and PL/SQL. The position requires conducting comprehensive database analysis, data profiling, and quality assessments to ensure data integrity and resolve complex migration anomalies across large, mission-critical datasets. Additionally, the role involves close collaboration with business analysts, architects, and developers to define migration strategies, provide technical guidance, and maintain thorough documentation throughout the migration lifecycle. YOUR CHALLENGE Database Analysis Perform advanced data analysis using Python and SQL Conduct data profiling, quality assessments, and impact analyses Generate migration reports Transformation and Migration Design, develop, execute, and optimize end-to-end data migration solutions for CRM solutions Analyze source and target systems to define migration strategies and mapping specifications Perform detailed data mapping, transformation and loading activities to ensure data consistency and integrity Develop and maintain complex SQL, PL/SQL and Python scripts to support extraction, transformation, validation, and loading of data Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve migration-related data issues, anomalies, and performance bottlenecks Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with business analysts, architects and developers to gather migration requirements Provide technical guidance and support during migration planning, execution, and post-go-live activities Document migration processes, technical specifications, and operational procedures YOUR PROFILE Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related field 5+ years of experience in data migration, database development, or data integration projects Proven experience delivering complex data migration projects within enterprise environments Experience with CRM systems in financial industries Hands-on experience working with large datasets and mission-critical business systems Strong knowledge in SQL, PL/SQL and Python Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) Ability to develop complex automation, validation, transformation, and migration scripts Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy Very good English level (verbal/written) We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
