Let’s shape the future of wealth management together. We are seeking an experienced Application Responsible/IT Service Owner to join Markets Technology in the Global Products & Solutions division. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality services to internal and external clients, collaborating closely with external SaaS partners, and ensuring the smooth operation of our trading solutions. As an Application Responsible/IT Service Owner, you will act as a gateway to our external providers and as a key integrator of their solutions, representing the bank's interests in terms of service quality. Your primary responsibility will be to own the technical front-to-end solution integration and maintenance, ensuring seamless connectivity, data processing, and security. YOUR CHALLENGE Act as the end-to-end Application Responsible and IT Service Owner for strategic fund management and investment analytics applications, ensuring stable operations, availability, performance, and continuous improvement Own the technical and functional integration of applications within the broader technology landscape, including interfaces to market data providers, portfolio management systems, reporting platforms, data warehouses, and downstream consumers Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders across Fund Management, Investment Controlling, Risk Management, Operations, and Technology teams Manage relationships with external SaaS vendors and service providers, ensuring service quality, SLA adherence, issue resolution, and alignment with business priorities Lead and coordinate application changes, releases, upgrades, and lifecycle management activities while ensuring minimal business disruption Analyse business requirements and translate them into sustainable technical solutions in collaboration with business users, architects, developers, and vendors Maintain system documentation, application inventories, interface specifications, operational procedures, and architecture repositories Monitor application health, data quality, and operational processes, proactively identifying risks and opportunities for improvement Ensure seamless data integration, reconciliation, and processing across connected systems while maintaining data accuracy and consistency Support audits, regulatory requirements, and internal governance processes by ensuring compliance with security, risk, and operational standards Manage user access, entitlement reviews, and application security controls in line with corporate policies and regulatory requirements Perform hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, scripting, and support activities where required Periodically review vendor services, licensing models, and internal cost allocations to drive efficiency and optimize operating costs. Participate in strategic initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing fund management capabilities, improving data quality, and expanding the application ecosystem YOUR PROFILE 5-10 years of experience as an Application Owner, IT Service Owner, Application Manager, or in a similar role within Financial Services Understanding of Asset Management, Fund Administration, Alternative Investments, Private Markets, Hedge Funds, or Multi-Asset investment processes is a big plus Experience managing SaaS solutions and third-party vendor relationships Strong knowledge of application integration, data flows, APIs, file-based interfaces, and cloud-based platforms Experience working with investment, portfolio, and fund data Understanding of IT Service Management, incident management, change management, and operational governance Hands-on technical skills in SQL, scripting, data analysis, and troubleshooting Experience working in regulated financial environments and managing security and compliance requirements Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge business and technology domains Enthusiastic team player with a hands-on, can-do attitude, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse complex problems, identify solutions, and orchestrate implementation English Business fluent, native language (C1/2) We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
