Join the newly established Transformational Change Management (TCM) team, a dedicated unit at the heart of the bankâs Digital Business Transformation (DBT). In this junior role, you will support strategic transformation initiatives across the organisation â from AI integration to changes in operating models and enterprise- wide platform rollouts. Working closely with experienced change professionals and project leads, you will provide project management support, prepare high-quality presentations and maintain the tracking and reporting needed to keep initiatives moving forward. YOUR CHALLENGE Provide day-to-day PMO and coordination support to the TCM team and its strategic change initiatives Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations for project meetings, training materials, workshops, steering committees and senior management updates. Project progress, stakeholder engagement and adoption activities Coordinate meetings and workshops, including agendas, materials, minutes, action tracking and follow-up Support the development of change and enablement materials, including communications, presentations, training assets and toolkits Collect and consolidate project information, highlighting deadlines, dependencies, risks and potential delivery issues Contribute to stakeholder engagement, change readiness and adoption tracking, as well as the continuous improvement of TCM methods and templates YOUR PROFILE Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, Human Resources, Organisational Development or a related field; alternatively, a completed banking apprenticeship with relevant further education First professional experience through an internship, graduate programme, apprenticeship or entry-level role in project management, transformation, change, consulting, communications or HR Experience in financial services, wealth management, private banking or another regulated environment is an advantage; a banking apprenticeship is a strong plus Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to create professional presentations and maintain structured trackers and reports Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and reliably follow through on actions Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to structure complex information in a clear and audience-appropriate way Analytical, proactive and delivery-oriented mindset, combined with curiosity and a willingness to learn Collaborative team player with a genuine interest in people-centric transformation and new ways of working Fluency in English is required; German or additional languages are an advantage We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
