What you can expect
- Organization and execution of the annual congress (approx. 200 participants)
- Management of the office, daily business
- Support of the committee for the Certificate of Competence in Sleep Medicine
- Support of the committee for the annual center re-certifications (via online tool)
- Maintenance and updating of the website and member database
- Responsibility for book-keeping and annual financial statements
- Invoice processing and debt collection
Your Profile
- Extensive experience in the administrative office management
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken) is essential. French is a plus
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Independent, responsible, and trustworthy work ethic
- Initiative, flexible and resilient personality
- Proficient in accounting software and online tools
