What you can expect

  • Organization and execution of the annual congress (approx. 200 participants)
  • Management of the office, daily business
  • Support of the committee for the Certificate of Competence in Sleep Medicine
  • Support of the committee for the annual center re-certifications (via online tool)
  • Maintenance and updating of the website and member database
  • Responsibility for book-keeping and annual financial statements
  • Invoice processing and debt collection


Your Profile

  • Extensive experience in the administrative office management
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken) is essential. French is a plus
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Independent, responsible, and trustworthy work ethic
  • Initiative, flexible and resilient personality
  • Proficient in accounting software and online tools
