That’s the job – your main tasks Driving business development and sales activities for AI and Data consulting engagements across the Romandie market, with a clear focus on growth, relevance and client impact Building trusted advisor relationships with C-level stakeholders and positioning AI as a strategic lever for business transformation, operating model evolution and competitive advantage Identifying, shaping and winning complex AI and Data opportunities, from early client dialogue through proposal development to mandate launch Leading high-impact consulting engagements from strategy through implementation oversight, while connecting AI initiatives with broader business and organisational transformation programmes Contributing to the growth of the local Data & AI practice through mentoring, team development, market visibility and close collaboration with Eraneos experts across Switzerland and Europe This job is for you, if … extensive experience in consulting, business transformation and AI/Data advisory is combined with the seniority required to operate credibly at executive level a strong track record in selling, developing and leading consulting engagements related to AI, GenAI, Data or digital transformation can be demonstrated senior stakeholders can be engaged with confidence and AI can be positioned not as a trend topic, but as a concrete business and transformation agenda large-scale transformation initiatives have been shaped or led in complex environments, ideally with clear ownership for outcomes, stakeholder alignment and delivery quality strong expertise across current AI trends, LLM ecosystems, GenAI use cases and enterprise adoption challenges is complemented by fluent French at a minimum C1 level and professional English proficiency As the icing on the cake, you bring along … experience in Public Sector, Utilities, Transport or other regulated industries an existing network in the Swiss Romandie market experience working in Swiss consulting environments a visible entrepreneurial mindset paired with strong ownership and market-building ambition the credibility and drive to help expand a high-performing AI & Data presence in Romandie Even if not every requirement is fully met, we would still be very glad to receive your application.
