Onsite Support Services Engineer
Switzerland | Onsite Join a global IT team supporting a world-leading manufacturer in HVAC, refrigeration, fire and security solutions. As the Onsite Support Services Engineer, you'll be the primary onsite IT contact, ensuring the smooth operation of end-user computing, infrastructure, manufacturing technology, collaboration tools, and operational technology (OT) environments.What You'll Do
- Provide onsite IT and OT support across manufacturing and office environments
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, printers, scanners, and shop-floor devices
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding
- Support Microsoft Teams, Teams Rooms, telephony, and mobile services
- Execute IMAC activities (Install, Move, Add, Change)
- Maintain asset inventory and CMDB records
- Support LAN, Wi-Fi, server room, and data center operations
- Manage Azure AD administration and user support
- Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and third-party providers
- Ensure compliance with security, safety, and ITIL processes
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 6-9 years' experience in Onsite Support, Field Services, or Infrastructure Support
- Strong troubleshooting skills across desktop, network, and infrastructure technologies
- Experience with Active Directory / Azure AD
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and asset management
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
German and English fluent
Driver’s license and own car as travel will be required to: Lyssach BE, Taverne TI, Estavayer-le-lac FR, St. Gallen SG
