You take projects in the field of building management systems from A to Z to success together with our customers. You execute, accompany, and support our customers on the path to a comprehensive and profound control system for their buildings, properties, and portfolios at the management level.
Your Tasks
- Project management and implementation of projects in the field of HVAC building management systems using our application "Avelon Cloud / Alcedo Inhouse" for our customers in Switzerland.
- Creating visualisations, controls, and alarms according to client-specific requirements on the Avelon control system.
- Project management and coordination with the client as well as organisation and coordination of the project team and internal resources.
- Preparing offers, billing, and project documentation.
Your Profile
- You have project experience in programming and commissioning HVAC systems.
- You like building technology, but want to be where cables and controls end and focus on the management level and visualisation.
- You want to take a superior role and ensure that the customer actually has their various trades under control with a clear management level.
- You want to have a say and with your experience improve our application – with us your feedback does not end up in the wastepaper basket but in the next sprint of the development department.
- Not mandatory, but certainly an advantage if you have further education (HF or FH) in the field of building automation or building technology.
- Opportunity to conduct customer and user training for our products and solutions in the field of building management systems.
- You have a strong IT affinity and are also interested in IoT devices.
- You can also communicate in English.
With the following skills you will excel as a BMS project manager at Avelon:
- Understanding of communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, M-Bus, OPC UA, LoRaWAN, MQTT)
- Solid HVAC knowledge.
