This position reports to: Finance Manager __ Wichtigste Zuständigkeiten : Verantwortlich für Anpassungen, Umbauten und Renovationen rund um unsere Forschungslabore Unterstützung bei Planung, Koordination und Ausführung von neuen Versuchsaufbauten mit Forschern und Laborverantwortlichen Unterstützung, bzw. Mitverantwortung für die forschungsspezifische Infrastruktur bei Wartung, Unterhalt und Erneuerung (z.B. Klima- und Lüftungsanlagen) Kontrolle / Freigabe von Lieferanten- und Handwerkerrapporten sowie Rechnungen und ggf. Projektzeiterfassungen Qualifikationen für die Rolle: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Handwerk, vorzugsweise im Sanitär- oder Elektrohandwerk Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung Technisches Verständnis, Allrounder Projektmanagement Kompetenz Gute Kommunikation und Teamfähigkeit Flexibel, belastbar, proaktiv und lösungsorientiert Deutsch vertragssicher (mündlich, schriftlich) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse Der Rekrutierungsprozess wird von Pedro Labián Sanchez, Talent Acquisition Partner bei ABB Schweiz, betreut. ______________________________________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: Responsible for laboratory modifications, refurbishments, renovations, and facility upgrades. Support the planning, coordination, and execution of experimental setups in collaboration with researchers and laboratory managers. Support and share responsibility for the maintenance, upkeep, and renewal of research-specific infrastructure. Review and approve supplier service reports, invoices, and project time tracking records. Maintain and support climate control and ventilation systems. Qualifications for the Role: Completed vocational training in a skilled trade, preferably in plumbing, electrical installation, or a related technical field Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant professional experience Strong technical understanding with a hands-on, versatile approach Project management skills and experience Strong communication and teamwork abilities Flexible, resilient, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset Fluent German (spoken and written) and good command of English The recruitment process is managed by Pedro Labián Sanchez, Talent Acquisition Partner at ABB Switzerland.
